Brady Serafin brings decades of invaluable experience in the fields of child welfare, juvenile justice and residential care to his role as Chief Executive Officer at Cedar Crest Hospital and RTC. With a strong background in advocating for a vulnerable populations, Brady has dedicated his professional and personal life to improving the lives of others.
Prior to assuming his current position, Brady held significant leadership roles as a Director for the State of New Hampshire overseeing operations of 144 bed secure care facility and lead a team of more than 500 employees across 10 residential care settings. Brady’s leadership was instrumental in driving success and achieving position outcomes for individuals under his care.
Brady has also served as CEO of Resource treatment Center and Millcreek Behavioral Health, where he lead both team to remarkable achievements.
